Morning ladybois! 43° and super dry up here this morning. Apple stock is rebounding after a profitable earnings report yesterday. Long term still looking good.
Ok, so what are your thoughts? We've currently got Netflix, Prime, and HBO. Haven't seen much interesting stuff on Netflix the past few months, we've even resorted to pulling shows off YouTube over Netflix.
Not too impressed with the lineup from Apple TV yet, so despite the $5 pricetag, I think I'm going to wait a bit on it.... but what about Disney?
I feel like my opinions are pretty widespread, am I wrong?
Hulu we use (right now) with the live tv package for sports. once football is over we will cancel the live package.
I'll check out the Witcher... seeing some chatter on that.
Anyone interested in Disney+ or Apple TV? I'm gonna wait on Apple for another month at least, but Disney with all the Marvel and Star Wars content looks interesting.
Agreed. I limit myself to one streaming service at a time. At the moment, Amazon is it. Netflix is losing content left and right. The others only showing their own content is way too limited to me.
Happy Monday... I get to come into work early today to fix other people's problems. Yay? Le sigh. I hope this means I'll get to go home early too, but that's debatable.
On the streaming topic.... the iPhone we bought for my mother in-law gave us a free year of Apple TV+... so looks like I'll be giving it a go. The Witcher looks promising... probably enough to make me procrastinate on cancelling Netflix for another couple of months.... Jack Ryan season 2 is in full swing at home... It's good, but not amazing. They do a pretty good job with the cliffhangers, but I don't find the overall plot totally amazing. I do enjoy the characters though and that helps a lot.
Have a good week fellas!
