This isn't quite the best thing to put up but I haven't really seen any posts on this topic. With most of us track day riders we are a small community and most of you have ridden with many organizations so will probably know Micky from Socal Trackdays. Well here's what happened to his family on Tuesday:

"As many of you have already heard, a terrible tragedy has befallen Micky and Aimee Grana. Their youngest daughter, Jessica, passed away from injuries sustained in a home accident. I have been in contact with Micky and they are doing as well as can be expected under the circumstances. Micky has asked that I pass along his appreciation for the outpouring of love and support the family has received from all quarters.



The funeral service for Jessica will be held on Saturday, December 20 at 1:00pm. The service will be held at:



Christ of the Desert Chapel

73441 Fred Waring Drive

Palm Desert, CA 92260



Anyone wishing to send flowers should address them to the above address but include “c/o Emanuel House”.

There is a website being developed tonight to accept donations to the Grana family. I will post up the link when I receive it.

Parents shouldn't be around to see their kids pass away, especially one so young. Sad situation, I hope they have a lot of family and friends around them for support.
