To answer the parking question:

The unit has a 2 car garage, but Sabrina has one half and I have the other. Mitch parks on the street or in guest parking after hours. It's a tight squeeze to fit my car and 2 bikes on my half of the garage. If someone with a bike/bikes and/or needs storage space moves in we can certainly work something out with the garage. However, I currently pay more than Mitch even though I have a smaller room because I have half the garage. If I split the garage and can't park my car in it, and have the smaller room, the final rent price would increase by about $50ish.

Well, we'd have to find a place first, but I really don't want to go over $900/$1000 a month per person.

That's a bit of a commute, no? I commute to Monterey Park (East LA), which is awesome cuz the whole 23 miles is against traffic. Only one little slow down in the same spot every morning cuz people coming off the 105 can't merge properly. Otherwise, clean sailing!
