Yes.

It sucks, really. It's not an official bikenight anymore, just people still show up. 50-100 bikes is normal but late last summer for about 2 months there was a pretty good crowd around 300 bikes. But the Sheriffs are real tools. If even one bike parks in a handicap spot in front of a closed business, 8 Sheriff units will roll out to write the ticket and tow the bike if they can find a reason to do it. Then they tell everyone to leave.

And CHP started hanging out on Fullerton Rd near the freeway ramps and pulled over random bikes when they could.
